The Oak Perch cottage is only 5 minutes from downtown Julian in an area rich with oak trees and beautiful rolling hills. It sleeps 6 people and faces a large front yard with apple, oak, and manzanita trees, complete with a tire swing.
We were inspired to create an environment as peaceful as the land that surrounds it so with that being said we invite you to stay at the Oak Perch cottage where you can end the evening taking in the scenery & watching the sunset in our acacia rocking chairs.

Peaceful Pine Hills Retreat
Charming Two- Story cottage is nestled in the area known as Pine Hills, just a five minute drive to the town of Julian. It is abundant with mature oak trees, streams, wild life and hiking trails. If you're looking for peace, tranquility and relaxation you have found the place!

Stay cozy with a fireplace, heaters, and ceiling fans, or enjoy scenic views through the sliding glass door. Outside, relax on the deck with a BBQ or play in the spacious yard.
